Processing Time
- As most of our products are made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
- During peak periods or restocking, processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support for handmade products.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup by arrangement. Pickup locations may vary, so please contact us via social media or email to confirm the pickup address and time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help.
Wrong Address or Lost Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pup and Crunch is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at pupandcrunch@gmail.com and we’ll help lodge a claim with the courier.
