Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise with your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Returns (if applicable)
In rare cases where a return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address directly via email.
Please do not send any products back to us without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty product).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
